Efficient recruitment process

A prerequisite for an effective recruitment process is the right analysis, the right environment and the right method. These three elements are the basis for effective recruitment. Without one of these sheet metal legs, you know, sheet metal will inevitably tip over. As we just mentioned, hiring is essentially a selection of talent. Yes, there is the saying "Hire a character, train talent," but openness to development and training is also a talent.

Resources use
Assess employees according to their needs. When you say "Assessment," an interview comes to mind, and when you say "interview," a conversation between two people comes.
Identification of needs
The organization determines the need for recruitment in connection with development, replacement or departure.
Exercise
You may be surprised to learn that the recruiting part is part of the recruitment process. But that's completely part of it, because without good integration, the recruiter may have to redo his set.
